Once you complete an order, you agree to all of our policies.
Shipping: All orders are shipped 2-14 business days after processing. (Usually the same week ordered.)You will receive your tracking number when your order is shipped.
If you opt out of Route protection: Intentional Beauty LLC is NOT responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
We are not responsible for any lost packages. If a package is lost/ stolen or damaged please contact Route. Route is the package protection option purchased at checkout. Their customer service will resolve these order issues.
Orders with PREORDER products will be shipped when the PREORDER item becomes available.
All of our products are handmade. So products may slightly vary in appearance.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, there are NO refunds. If you have any issues please email us at contact@intentionalbeautyllc.com. We will be happy to assist you.
Allergies:
Please test products on a patch of skin to be sure you are not allergic. Ingredients are listed under each product. Intentional Beauty LLC is not responsible for any misuse of product or allergic reaction. Consumers agree to this when you complete a purchase.
Most of our soaps contain coconut oil .
We have the right to deny/cancel any order at our discretion.
